Accounts
Accounts must be settled upon presentation. Only cash or major credit cards will be accepted.

Air-Conditioning
All rooms are air-conditioned. To facilitate your personal requirements, a thermostat control system is located in your room. Please keep sliding doors closed when the air-conditioner is in use.

Airport Transportation
Transfers to and from O.R. Tambo International Airport are available on request.

Babysitting
Should you require a Babysitting service, please contact the Housekeeper or Receptionist before 16h00. For daytime babysitting the Housekeeper requires a 24 hour notice period. Please note that a cancellation fee will be levied per hour, from 18h00.

Baggage
Arrangements can be made for the collection and temporary storage of luggage and parcels.

Banking
For your convenience, there are a total of 8 Automatic Teller Machines (ATM's), ABSA, Standard Bank, FNB and Nedbank which are situated in the lobby area.

Dry Cleaning / Laundry
We provide a next day cleaning and laundry service. Garments must be handed in before 08h00. Full details of the dry cleaning and laundry service can be found together with laundry bags, in your room.

Facsimiles
You will be advised by Reception should you receive a facsimile. You are also requested to notify Reception should you be expecting a facsimile. Similarly should you wish to send a facsimile, please contact Reception.

Fire Alarm
For specific fire procedures, please consult the Emergency Procedure form located behind the bedroom door. The assembly area for Hotel residents is at the Hotel Parking Area. For your own safety we recommend the following: Familiarise yourself with the location of emergency exits near your room. Do not endanger yourself by collecting personal effects. If you are trapped in your room, use wet towel to mask face against smoke.

Firearms
Please be advised that firearms are not allowed into the Casino and Hotel. Firearms are to be checked in at Gun Drop upon arrival.

Foreign Exchange
Arrangements can be made with Cashier situated in the Casino Complex

Non-Smoking Rooms
Non-smoking rooms are available. Please request a non-smoking room in advance when making your reservation.

Personal Effects
Due to the popularity of Silverstar Casino, there Is a high influx of visitors to the complex on a daily basis. Whilst every effort is made to protect your personal effects. We ask that you secure all your valuables and monies whilst frequenting any of the public areas. For your convenience, a mini safe is located in your room cupboard.

Pets
You are kindly reminded that pets are not allowed in the hotel rooms or in public areas (with the exception of Guide Dogs for the blind). This is in accordance with the Health Regulations of South Africa.

Privacy
Should you wish not to be disturbed, please place the "do not disturb" sign on the exterior or your room door.

Razor Socket
Please use the multi-plug under the dressing table to charge your razor.
