Ben Alberts, Slots & Systems Manager
Ben has worked in the gaming industry for 15 years and his enthusiasm for the business has escalated throughout his career. He is fascinated by the ongoing technological progress of the industry and is determined that Silverstar Casino will set the trend for local casino operations.
Casinos around the world have undergone a fundamental shift in their approach, changing their models from the 'instantly rich' concept to be more entertainment based. Ben believes that the future of the industry will stem from today's youth culture and an understanding of their video and computer game preferences.
Ben is convinced that in that not to distant future, casinos will enter the virtual gaming environment and that Silverstar Casino will lead the way into this new realm of entertainment.

Thandekile Dlova, Marketing Manager
Thandekile comes with extensive experience in the gaming industry having worked at Silverstar Casino for four years.
Thandekile will be responsible for the development, coordination and execution of strategies relating to brand, marketing, promotions, events, communications and relationship marketing to achieve business objectives.

Selepo Kute, Tables Manager
Selepo has come a long way since 1983 where she started as a dealer at Sun City. Her determination, hard work, and passion for gaming saw her climb the ladder of success.
Her successful career found her leaving Tsogo Sun's Montecasino with the title of Prive Tables manager under her belt. With over 24 years experience in the gaming industry, her strength and experience was important for her role as Tables manager.

Johannes Radebe, HR Manager
Johannes has many years of experience in Human resources, which he gained mostly with Sun International. Prior to that he was with the Fedics Group for 3 years, starting off as a cleaner and then promoted to personnel officer, where his many years of HR experience began. Johannes has a passion for people.

Edwin Palmer, Security and Surveillance Manager
Edwin started his working career with the South African Police Service. Following this he became part of the hospitality industry in 1999. He has experience in surveillance and security. Edwin is passionate about standards and is committed to ensuring a safe gaming environment for all.

Joanita Rademeyer CA(SA), Finance Manager
Joanita was appointed in June 2009 and manages the financial activities of the company. Joanita has 15 years of financial experience with companies in the auditing, entertainment and property industries. Prior to joining SSC, Joanita served as Financial Manager at Tusk Mmabatho, Group Financial Manager of Tusk Resorts and the PA Group Limited. Joanita has also worked as an independent financial consultant, advising clients on financial reporting, consolidations, budgeting, forecasting and implementing effective internal controls.
Joanita's motto has always been to do the right thing, even if it's not the easy thing to do.
